A leading strategic design agency in Madrid are seeking a UX Director. 

Is it right for you?

You will be responsible for UX as a discipline across the agency, coaching and leading the team and driving collaboration with the industrial design and service design experts.

You will have end to end responsibility on all projects from conceptualisation to delivery.

You will be excited about the opportunity to support clients across Spain, and open to travel further afield to support clients across the world.

You will report directly to VP of Strategy & Design.

Are you right for them?

You will have demonstrable experience leading and motivating teams to deliver world class work.

You will be highly skilled in leading and facilitating the creative process within a multidisciplinary team.

You will be an expert user in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, Axure, HTML and CMS.

You will have working level proficiency in Spanish and English.
