• Support and advice clients across the whole range of operational transformation challenges including, digital transformation, process re-design, and embedding a culture and tools to enable effective continuous improvement.

Are you right for them?

• Proven leader in a large consulting firm working across customer transformations/digital transformations/digital strategy.
• Experience leading teams to deliver business change projects and programmes and driving change cross-functionally within a project environment.
• Thought leader in customer strategy, customer experience, journey design, operational effectiveness, innovation, digital marketing, segmentation, targeting and product/ proposition design.
