We’re on the lookout for a recruiter to join the team and support our growth in the Irish market.

• The primary focus of this role is identifying the right designers to meet our clients needs –  building on your existing network in the design community you will connect our clients with amazing talent.
• You will need to understand design and what career progression looks like for designers across a range of disciplines – previous experience recruiting designers is going to be a big plus but an understanding of the space is crucial.
• This isn’t a business development role – so you can focus on delivering for our clients and building meaningful relationships within the design community
• This isn’t just about desk research – with support and access to our existing market intelligence you will develop your network by getting involved in the design community through, for example, the events we run and sponsor.

Located in Dublin city centre, you’ll have a desk in the Tara Building amongst a wonderful bunch of humans but we are open to flexible working if that is important to you. We’re not ruling out a part time arrangement for the right person either, but our preference is for someone full time.

Through your portfolio of work you will be able to demonstrate how you build the value and impact of Design Research through the client relationships you’ve managed and the  design research work you have sold.

You will have a studied in Design Research; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
